These terms cover your use of pmcosta.dev — the resources wiki with lessons, guides, prompt and project templates, tool comparisons, workshops and the build wall. Using the site means you accept them.
What this site is
It is an educational resource about building software with AI tools, written and maintained by TODO: legal name — e.g. Pedro Costa, sole trader. Reading it requires no account. An account adds progress tracking, workshop bookings and the ability to publish builds.
Accounts
- You must give a working email address and use it honestly — no impersonation.
- Sign-in links sent to your inbox are the keys to your account. Keep them to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Accounts that break these terms may be suspended or removed. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time.
Education, not a guarantee
Everything here is guidance based on experience. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Following a lesson, prompt or template does not guarantee a working product, revenue, a job or any other outcome, and nothing here is legal, financial or professional advice. Third-party tools change constantly — check their own documentation and pricing before relying on anything described here.
Who owns what
- The lessons, guides, templates, comparisons, design and code of this site belong to TODO: legal name — e.g. Pedro Costa, sole trader. You may read them, use the prompts and templates in your own projects, and quote short passages with credit and a link. Do not republish substantial parts as your own.
- You keep every right to the builds, descriptions, screenshots, questions and comments you submit. By submitting them you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display them on the site and its social previews for as long as you leave them up. Delete them and that licence ends.
- Third-party names and logos mentioned belong to their owners and are used to identify their products.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or infringing content.
- No spam or promotion dressed up as a build, and no submitting work that is not yours.
- No scraping in bulk, probing security, attempting to reach other members' private data, or overloading the service.
- No sharing of accounts or reselling access to workshops.
Content that breaks these rules may be removed without notice, and repeated breaches end access.
Workshops
- Seats are limited. Booking reserves a seat; when a session is full you join a waitlist and move up as seats free.
- Cancel from the session page as soon as you know you cannot make it, so the seat goes to someone on the waitlist.
- Repeated no-shows may cost you priority on future bookings. Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled — you will be told as early as possible.
- Completion records and certificates reflect the milestones you actually marked during a session; they are a record of participation, not a formal qualification.
Availability
The site is offered as a best effort. It may be unavailable for maintenance, and sections may change or be retired.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, pmcosta.dev is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from using the site or anything built by following it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death, personal injury or fraud.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction. Questions: TODO: contact email.
